Return & Cancellation Policy

At BridgeWay Publishing, we are committed to providing high-quality book publishing services and ensuring your satisfaction with the materials and work we deliver. The following outlines our return and cancellation policy in plain and professional terms.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Eligibility
BridgeWay Publishing guarantees your satisfaction with cover and text proofs prior to final approval. If you are not satisfied during the pre-approval phase, and you wish to cancel the project, you are eligible to receive a full refund of your deposit, provided that:
- No final approval has been given by you;
- You submit your cancellation request in writing to info@bridgewaypublishing.com prior to proof approval.
Once you approve the proofs, all work and services performed by BridgeWay Publishing—including design, layout, formatting, marketing, or distribution—will be considered billable and non-refundable, even if the project is subsequently canceled.
2. Product Warranty and Quality Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. All custom-printed books and deliverables produced by BridgeWay Publishing are covered by an unconditional quality guarantee.
- All products will conform to BridgeWay's published specifications and industry standards;
- All products are free from manufacturing defects in quality, binding, print clarity, and labeling.
If you receive a product that is defective or incorrectly printed/labeled/shipped, we will, at our discretion:
- Reproduce and replace the defective product at our expense
- Repair or correct the issue
- Issue a partial or full refund for the affected product
3. Return Conditions & Authorization
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving the shipment. Email info@bridgewaypublishing.com and include:
- Order number
- Description of the defect or issue
- Photos (if applicable)
You must obtain anRMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending items. Returns without RMA may be refused. Refunds or reruns will be prorated. Misused or mishandled products are not eligible.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the replacement/correction or refund of defective products
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for losses related to third-party platforms
5. Order Cancellations
Orders not yet approved for production may be canceled by either party. If work has begun, you’ll be charged only for the work completed. Design files will be released after full payment. Orders submitted to production/distribution cannot be canceled except under warranty terms.
- If production work (such as design, formatting, file prep, etc.) has begun, you will be charged only for work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Materials (e.g., proofs, design files) may only be released to you after full payment for all work performed.
- We are not responsible for losses related to third-party platforms
You are responsible for any pre-production or material costs incurred by BridgeWay Publishing prior to cancellation.
Orders that have entered the production phase or been submitted to retail distribution networks cannot be canceled or refunded, except as outlined in the Warranty section above.
6. Editorial Services Disclosure
Unless separately purchased, BridgeWay Publishing does not include editorial or proofreading services as part of its standard file review or print-ready setup process.
If editorial services are not purchased:
- Submitted content will be printed and/or distributed exactly as provided and approved by you.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving the final proofs before publication.
- BridgeWay Publishing is not liable for typographical errors, grammatical mistakes, formatting inconsistencies, or factual inaccuracies in the manuscript or metadata.
